Job Description:
As a Flagman/Laborer your are responsible for providing general support in production, maintenance, and operational activities. This includes assisting with material handling, equipment operation, monitoring production processes, supporting repair and construction tasks, and ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of materials. Works collaboratively to maintain efficiency, safety, and organization within the workplace.

Qualifications:

• Welding Techniques:
  Mastery of different welding methods like MIG, TIG, and arc welding, along with the ability to adapt to various welding positions (flat, vertical, overhead)Blueprint Reading:
  Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to accurately plan and execute welding projects
• Metal Knowledge: Understanding different types of metals, their properties, and how they react to welding processes
• Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating and maintaining welding equipment, cutting tools, and other related machinery
• Weld Inspection: Ability to identify and address weld defects, ensuring the quality and structural integrity of welds
• Cutting and Grinding: Skill in operating cutting and grinding tools for precise material preparation and finishing
