Billing and Collection Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process accurate invoices and billing documents
  • Review and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure correct charges
  • Ensure timely submission of billings prior to payout schedules
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of billing and payment records
  • Prepare and submit required billing reports within set deadlines



Key Qualifications

  • Preferably a Graduate of BSBA or any 4 year course
  • Experience in billing, invoicing, or collections is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
